Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund 

Program Guidebook and New Website Now Available


ODOT staff have created a Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) Guidebook which offers resources and advice to assist in managing the STIF Formula, STIF Discretionary, and Statewide Transit Network programs. The STIF Guidebook contains information on project and recipient eligibility, program management, compliance, reporting requirements, and much more.

Note: the STIF Guidebook will replace program guidance for the STIF Formula, STIF Discretionary, and Statewide Transit Network programs beginning 2023-25. Application instructions and other solicitation information (e.g. deadlines) for each program will be published separately on a biennial basis.

ODOT staff have also updated the STIF website to better organize program materials and information.

A training video on navigating both the STIF Guidebook and new program website will be published on Wednesday, July 27. This training is part of the STIF Summer 2022 Summer Training Series and a separate notice about it will be distributed soon.
