PORTLAND – Beginning Monday, August 1, the following width restriction and ramp closures will take place at night, Monday through Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The restrictions are necessary for bridge screening work. The estimated completion date for this work is August 12.
13’ width Restriction:
• I-5 southbound MP 300.30 to MP 299.30.
Ramp Closures:
• I-5 southbound Exit 299A off-ramp to OR43
• OR43 northbound off-ramp to US26 westbound/City Center
Detour
When this width restriction and ramp closures are taking place motor carriers can take exit 297 from southbound I-5, to OR99W/Barber Boulevard, to Southwest Sheridan St, Southwest 3rd Avenue, Southwest Arthur Street, to US26, South Kelly Ave, to South Gibbs Street to OR43.
