SCOPE OF WORK

Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking consultant services to design, develop and produce a digital newsletter that covers topics related to Office of Civil Rights (OCR) activities, current contracts, and opportunities for small business certified firms across the State of Oregon. See Section 2.4 Scope of Work of the RFP for more information.
