Verizon customers experiencing problems with ODOT systems

Verizon users currently unable to contact ODOT

 

Currently, when users with Verizon Wireless try to call ODOT they receive a message stating “all circuits are busy”.

At this time we do not have reports of issues from anyone with a different wireless carrier.

This is affecting all of our call centers preventing them from receiving calls from Verizon customers.

ODOT is working with our support vendor and will update as soon as we have more information.

As always, we encourage motor carriers with accounts to take advantage of the services available 24/7 at Oregon Trucking Online (TOL). With TOL, carriers can:
