Mobility Advisory Committee to meet June 9

SALEM — The Mobility Advisory Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting virtually on Thursday, June 9, at 1 p.m. In addition, a Stakeholder Forum will convene during the meeting to review projects with permanent impacts subject to ORS 366.215.

*Per Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR 731-012), a Stakeholder Forum must convene as department staff have identified the projects above as proposing a permanent reduction in vehicle-carrying capacity on identified freight routes subject to ORS 366.215. A Stakeholder Forum consists of a group of stakeholders with open membership that meet on an as-needed basis to advise the Department regarding the affect of Proposed Actions on the ability to move motor vehicles through a section of highway. Statewide transportation stakeholders and local agencies affected by a Proposed Action are invited to participate.
