Attendance is not mandatory. The purpose of the conference is to provide additional
information regarding this solicitation and to answer any questions Proposers may have
related to the project or the procurement process. Proposers are cautioned that the official
RFP requirements will change only by written Addenda issued by Agency per RFP section 3.3.1.
Statements made at the Pre-Proposal conference are not binding upon Agency. Proposers
may be asked to submit questions in writing.

SCOPE OF WORK

Agency is releasing this RFP to procure the services (“Services”) of a consultant to design and produce a digital newsletter covering topics related to, but not necessarily limited to, OCR activities, current contracts and opportunities for small business certified firms across the state of Oregon. The newsletters are of varying length and content. Agency anticipates publishing newsletters every 2 months throughout the year. However, the Agency may increase or decrease the number of newsletter issues published during any specified period.  An example of the needed work is found in the Proposed Statement of Work (Attachment E).
