Small Business Scholarships

We are pleased to offer scholarships to cover registration fees for small business so their staff may attend; however, quantities are limited.

Apply for a scholarship by May 9, 2022 (deadline extended).

Please read the instructions and expectations at the beginning of the form.

Eligibility Criteria

Based on availability, we will issue a scholarship for one participant fee to each company that qualifies with the following:

  1. Your firm is currently certified by the Office of Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Business as a DBE or ESB.
  2. Your firm performs - or is interested in performing - work in A&E and related services disciplines.

Conference Agenda

This year's conference includes:

  • Messages and updates from ODOT and ACEC leadership.
  • Panel discussion on how the consultant community is preparing for delivery of an increased workload.
  • Breakout sessions about new technologies and tools.
  • Updates on major projects and project delivery process.

When: Tuesday, May 17, 2022

Registration and Breakfast - 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.

Conference - 8:00 a.m.

Where: Salem Convention Center

200 Commercial Street SE | Salem, Oregon 97301

Cost: $110 per person. The registration fee covers all conference materials, refreshments, buffet breakfast and lunch.
