Notice of Proposed Suspension letter extensions

Due to technical difficulties, Commerce and Compliance Division’s (CCD) Notice of Proposed Suspension letters have been mailed one week later than scheduled.

Therefore, CCD is extending two suspension dates:

• The date for January 2022 Monthly Mileage Tax Reports is extended to Monday, April 18, 2022.
  
  
• The date for February 2022 Flat Monthly Mileage Tax Reports is extended to Monday, April 15, 2022.

Motor carriers with access to Oregon Trucking Online (TOL) have the ability to file and print weight-mile tax reports.

To file weight-mile tax reports on your account, log into TOL and follow the steps below:

1. Click Weight-Mile Tax Reports
2. Click Weight-Mile Tax Reports (Monthly, Quarterly, and Flat Fee Reports)
3. Click Create a New Report
4. Click on the circle next to the Report Type
5. Click on the drop down arrow and choose the reporting period
6. Click on the drop down arrow and confirm the reporting period
7. Click on the circle next to ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ for if you had Oregon miles this period
8. Click Submit
9. Click OK to continue
10. Enter your mileage information
11. Fill out Authorized By, Title, and Phone Number fields
12. Click Finished Report – Send to Cart or Print Only – Send by Mail
13. Continue to payment process or send in the mail with appropriate funds

To print your weight-mile tax report:

1. Click Cart/Logout/Reprint/Batch
2. Click Documents Issued Last 120 days via Trucking Online
3. Click the drop down arrow and select WEIGHT-MILE TAX REPORTS
4. Click on Submit
5. Click Get this document
6. View or print document
