RE: Executive Order 21-29 COVID-19 Vaccination Reqs for State Executive Branch

We want to inform you that Executive Order 21-29 (EO 21-29), which imposed a COVID-19 vaccination requirement for executive branch state of government pursuant to the Governor’s emergency authorities, is rescinded per Executive Order 22-03 (EO 22-03).  Starting April 1, 2022, contractors and suppliers who perform services or provide goods in person to Executive Branch agencies are no longer required to be vaccinated.

Agency webpages are in the process of being updated to reflect this change. To learn more visit the DAS Procurement webpage: State of Oregon: Procurement - COVID-19 vaccination requirements for state contractors.
