PORTLAND:
Full Closures: I-84 WB MP 6.95 to MP 5.64
Beginning Friday, June 24, this section of I-84 westbound will be closed all hours,
for the weekend starting at 9 PM and re-opening on Monday morning, June 27, at
5 AM. The closure is necessary for the mobilization and construction of a drilled shaft.
Beginning Wednesday, June 22, 2022, this section of I-84 westbound will be closed at nights only, between the hours of 10 PM & 4 AM, for the following dates:
- Wednesday 6/22
- Thursday 6/23
- Monday 06/27
- Tuesday 06/28
- Wednesday 6/29.
The closure is necessary for the de-mobilization of drilled shaft crane. The estimated completion date for this work is June 30, 2022.
Ramp Closure: will take place during the same times as closures listed above:
• I-84 WB on-ramp from southbound 102 nd Avenue.
Detour
When this section of I-84 westbound and the I-84 westbound on-ramp from 102nd ave are closed, motor carriers can take exit 9 to I-205 South, or they can take I-205 South exit 21B to I-84 westbound.
