You are receiving this notification because the requirement in Executive Order No. 21-29 COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement for State Executive Branch may apply to you as a consultant, contractor, or supplier performing services or providing goods in person to ODOT at an Executive Branch Worksite.

As was announced on February 24, 2022, Governor Kate Brown intends to lift Executive Order 21-29 (EO 21-29) on April 1, 2022 which includes the vaccine requirement for Workers as defined in EO 21-29 and the FAQ for Contractors on the DAS COVID-19 vaccination requirements for state contractors website.

Please note that until EO 21-29 is officially rescinded or terminated, the vaccination requirement and guidance on implementing that requirement remain in effect.

Questions from consultants, contractors, suppliers or vendors regarding Executive Order 21-29 Worker requirements may be submitted to ODOTEO2129FAQ@odot.state.or.us.
