Road and Ramp Closures for the Shamrock Run

PORTLAND – On Sunday, March 13, 2022, the Shamrock Run will lead to the following closures in the Portland area from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon):

  • Full closure of Naito Parkway/Barbur Boulevard southbound between
    I-405 and Capitol Highway.
  • I-405 northbound Exit 1A off-ramp to Naito Parkway/Harbor Drive.
  • US26 westbound (Ross Island Bridge) off-ramp to OR99W southbound.

The closures are necessary for the Shamrock Run. 

Detour

Motor carriers will need to avoid traveling through this area during the restricted days/hours, or use authorized alternate routes.
