SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold a virtual meeting on Thursday, Feb. 17, from noon until 2:30 p.m. to discuss the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Meeting materials are available on the OTC Website.

Public comment on ODOT’s proposal for spending IIJA flexible funds: The OTC will seek public comment on ODOT’s proposal for spending IIJA flexible funds.

IIJA update: Receive an update on IIJA dedicated programs, including the Bridge, Electric Vehicle Charging, Carbon Reduction, and PROTECT programs.

Members of the public are encouraged to submit written comment or sign up for real-time virtual oral public comment. Please note that space is limited and signups will close once capacity has been reached. Refer to the Jan. 20 OTC Meeting Materials for proposed funding package options.

Written comment is encouraged when you plan to testify and must be sent to OTCAdmin@odot.oregon.gov
Written testimony or comments may be submitted electronically through a form on the OTC website by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb 15 to guarantee inclusion in the meeting packet. Comments not included in the meeting packet will be shared with Commissioners at the next meeting.

The written public comment period for the IIJA is officially open from Feb. 9 through March 8 at 4 p.m. All future comments received on the IIJA for the OTC will be shared through the regular OTC meeting comment process along with other commission meeting topics.
