Our Office of Civil Rights is recruiting for a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) / Small Business Program manager. In this position, you will implement and lead all aspects of our DBE program and manage DBE supportive services for our agency. You will promote equity for disadvantaged business enterprises and opportunities for minority-owned and women-owned businesses and will work alongside the agency director and a variety of stakeholders to provide equitable awarding of contracts and grants to qualified business owners. Your work in this role will help ensure that all DBEs and other small businesses owned by those historically marginalized based on race/nationality and/or gender are provided equal opportunity to engage with our agency.
