SALEM - The Policy Coordinating Committee for the Oregon Transportation Plan Update will meet from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m., Wednesday, December 15. Agenda items include discussion on values and vision that will guide the plan, a review of December/January public engagement and more.

Public comments. You can submit written or recorded verbal comments prior to the meeting. Please submit written comments via this form or by email to OTP@odot.state.or.us with “Committee Public Comment” in the subject line; or call 503-423-3720 and state “Committee Public Comment” in your message.
If we receive your comment by 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 14, we will send them to the committee in advance. All comments received after 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 14 will be included in the meeting summary or the following meeting.

About the committee. The Policy Coordinating Committee is working to attain agreement on how policy in the Oregon Transportation Plan Update should be crafted and how it will work in different areas across Oregon, considering local and regional needs. Members represent broad interests and include five community-at-large members.
