Per Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR 731-012), a Stakeholder Forum must convene as department staff have identified the projects above as proposing a permanent reduction in vehicle-carrying capacity on identified freight routes subject to ORS 366.215. A Stakeholder Forum consists of a group of stakeholders with open membership that meet on an as-needed basis to advise the Department regarding the affect of Proposed Actions on the ability to move motor vehicles through a section of highway. Statewide transportation stakeholders and local agencies affected by a Proposed Action are invited to participate.

Meetings are open to everyone

In response to Governor Kate Brown's directive to cancel large group meetings and events in order to slow the spread of COVID-19, all ODOT-related meetings, including Mobility Advisory Committee meetings, are being held via teleconference or are being rescheduled.
