Two Saturday night closures coming to Cornelius Pass Road

Cornelius Pass Road will close on the next two Saturday nights

The road will close to make way for trucks with extra large loads

Oct. 14, 2021

Cornelius Pass Road will close on two upcoming Saturday nights between U.S. 26 and U.S. 30 to accommodate extra-large cargo loads.

The eight-mile section of Cornelius Pass Road, OR 127, will close from just north of U.S. 26 through to U.S. 30. Here are closure details:

  • 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 to 5 a.m. Sunday Oct. 16.
  • 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23 to 5 a.m. Sunday Oct. 24.

Traffic will need to find a detour to avoid delays caused by the closure.
