SALEM - The Governor’s Advisory Committee on Motorcycle Safety will meet via conference call at 4 p.m., July 15. The agenda includes a review of the recently concluded legislative session, a discussion about motorcycle safety publications and more. Information on how to join the virtual meeting is available on the website.

To provide virtual oral public comment at the July 15 meeting, please complete this form and  submit by 5 p.m. July 13, or call statewide relay at 711 for assistance. The next GAC-MS meeting is scheduled for October 21.

The Governor’s Advisory Committee on Motorcycle Safety is charged with advising the governor and ODOT’s Transportation Safety Division on issues regarding motorcycle rider safety. The committee reviews, proposes and makes recommendations concerning motorcycle safety-related legislation. The GAC-MS meetings also serve as a public forum for motorcyclists to discuss safety issues and to share motorcyclist safety information with riders and the general public.
