Ramp Closure – I-5 SB on-ramp from
Capitol Highway

PORTLAND – Beginning Friday, July 30, the I-5 southbound on-ramp from Capitol Highway will be closed all hours. This closure is necessary for ramp work. The estimated completion date for this project is September 3.

Detour

When the I-5 southbound on-ramp from Capitol Highway is closed, motor carriers can enter OR99W/Barbur Boulevard from SW Taylors Ferry Road continue southbound
on OR99W and re-enter I-5 southbound at SW 64th Avenue.
