A Stakeholder Forum consists of a group of stakeholders with open membership that meet on an as-needed basis to advise the Department regarding the affect of Proposed Actions on the ability to move motor vehicles through a section of highway. Statewide transportation stakeholders and local agencies affected by a Proposed Action are invited to participate.
