OR 34 map of area to be paved between milepost 7 and 11

Expect single lane closures during daylight hours

TIDEWATER – Expect single lane traffic and watch for flaggers on OR 34 Alsea Highway during daylight hours from now through mid-June. Plan for delays and construction noise in the area.

Crews are grinding, paving, and striping the road between milepost 7 and milepost 11, east of Waldport to improve and maintain the road. The project begins with road and driveway end grinding on Friday, May 28.

The work is weather dependent and the schedule subject to change.

More information on projects in the area is available.

Where traffic is routed through or around a work zone, pedestrians, including those with disabilities, will also be provided routes through or around the work zone.
