April showers bring May flowers, at least that is how April usually goes in Oregon…This year, not so much. We are already seeing some pretty significant fire activity across the state which means we could be busy this year.
May is a month of preparation. As we begin preparing for summer projects, the possibility of fires across the state, and other projects that require nicer weather, this also means that the incident count will usually go up, especially as we begin to see more travel across the state and more people on the road.
This is a great time to remember that your partners are experiencing similar issues. Collaboration and meetings to prepare becomes imperative to the success of our events, projects, and incidents.
This would be the perfect time to remind everyone our conference is coming! September 23rd we will be hosting our annual TIM Conference, virtually. The theme? The Power of Partnerships.
