April 19, 2021

PORTLAND – Beginning Wednesday, March 10, the I-405 southbound Exit 2A off-ramp to Couch Street/Burnside Street will be intermittently closed at all hours. This closure is necessary for ramp containment work. The estimated completion date for this project is April 23.

 

Detour

When the I-405 southbound Exit 2A off-ramp to Couch Street/Burnside Street is closed, motor carriers can take Exit 2B to Glisan Street then take city streets back to Couch Street/Burnside Street.
