OR 99W: McDougall Jct. to McDonald Way

Project Description: This project is primarily grading, drainage, and paving the roadway from the north side of McMinnville through the town of Lafayette.   This job includes bridge structure surface improvements, bridge rail replacement, guard railing, signal improvements, sidewalks and ADA ramp improvements and roadside development.

This week:

• Sidewalk work continues on Highway 99W in north McMinnville
• One lane Northbound Highway 99W is closed north of McMinnville

Traffic Impacts: Motorist should expect intermittent, lane closures:

• MP 29.79 (OR18 Junction) to MP 31.34 (McDougall Road)
  • Daily, Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
  • Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

  • Daily, any time.

  • Daily, Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

I-5: Bioswale at MP 275.29

Project Description: This is a water quality enhancement project that involves the construction of a new bioswale at one section and NB I-5 between Hubbard and Donald. This work will not occur in the travel lanes, however the shoulder will be closed and trucks will enter and exit the interstate at that location.

Traffic Impacts: On I-5 motorist should expect intermittent, lane disruptions:

• Daily, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

OR 99W: 1^st St. to Parks Dr. (Dundee)

Project Description: This purpose of this project is to improve the pavement quality in the town of Dundee. Work will also include the construction of pedestrian facilities and other improvements to the streetscape.

This week, you can expect to see our crews:

• Traffic has been moved into the southbound and center lanes.
• Digging and placing rock will continue in the Northbound lane.
• Sidewalk work will begin on the Northbound side.

Traffic Impacts: On OR99W between MP 25.37 and 26.54 Motorists should expect the following:

• During the daytime, one lane of traffic, each direction, will be open to traffic.
• Expect Intermittent, lane closures with flaggers, Pacific Hwy West (OR99W), MP 25.37 to MP 26.58.
• Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 7:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.

OR221: Michigan City Lane – Edgewater St. (W. Salem)

Project Description: This project includes a series of improvements on OR 221 (Wallace Road) from Michigan City Lane to Edgewater Street. This project includes ADA curb ramp improvements, installing rapid flashing beacons at select crossings, traffic signal improvements, paving and general roadside development.

Traffic Impacts: On OR221 between MP 17.55 and 20.78 motorist should expect the following:

• Michigan City Lane to Wallace Road Park & Ride
  • Between 9:00 p.m. Sunday and 12:00 p.m. Friday (open weekends)
• Wallace Road Park & Ride to Orchardview Avenue
  • ​Daily, Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
  • Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
  • Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Orchardview Avenue to Edgewater Street Northbound Lanes
  • Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Orchardview Avenue to Edgewater Street Southbound Lanes

OR22: Independence junction

Replace the existing street lighting system (poles and wiring) with new poles and new LED fixtures.

Traffic Impacts:  No traffic delays are expected as this project involved shoulder closures only.

Anticipated work 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday

            Construction of new light pole foundations, installation of new light poles, mast arms, and fixtures, and directional drilling for conduit and cable.
