Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties state highway construction update: February 13 to February 20, 2021
OR 99W: McDougall Jct. to McDonald Way
Project Description: This project is primarily grading, drainage, and paving the roadway from the west side of McMinnville through the town of Lafayette. This job includes bridge structure surface improvements, bridge rail replacement, guard railing, signal improvements, sidewalks and ADA ramp improvements and roadside development.
Traffic Impacts: Motorist should expect intermittent, lane closures:
- MP 29.79 (OR18 Junction) to MP 31.34 (McDougall Road)
- Daily, Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
- Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- MP 31.34 (McDougall Road) to MP 32.97 (Mineral Springs Road)
- MP 32.97 (Mineral Springs Road) to MP 35.18 (Riverside Drive)
- Daily, Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- MP 35.18 (Riverside Drive) to MP 36.36 (McDonald Way)
- Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.

OR 18: Willamina River Bridge Rail Repair
Project Description: This is a bridge rail repair project that involves restoring the concrete “F” Rail and aluminum tube rail section on one side of the bridge. This is on the business route section in the City of Willamina.
Traffic Impacts: On Willamina – Sheridan Hwy (OR18B) motorist should expect intermittent, lane closures:
- Daily, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
I-5: Bioswale at MP 275.29
Project Description: This is a water quality enhancement project that involves the construction of a new bioswale at one section and NB I-5 between Hubbard and Donald. This work will not occur in the travel lanes, however the shoulder will be closed and trucks will enter and exit the interstate at that location.
Traffic Impacts: On I-5 motorist should expect intermittent, lane disruptions:
- Daily, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
OR 99W: 1st St. to Parks Dr. (Dundee)
Project Description: This project is primarily grading, drainage, and paving the roadway from the west side of McMinnville through the town of Lafayette. This job includes extensive roadway structure improvements, drainage, waterline, street lighting, signal improvements, pedestrian safety crossing, sidewalks and ADA ramp improvements and roadside development.
Traffic Impacts: Motorist should expect the following:
- During the daytime, one lane of traffic, each direction, will be open to traffic.

- Expect Intermittent, lane closures with flaggers, Pacific Hwy West (OR99W), MP 25.37 to MP 26.58
- Nightly, Sunday night through Friday morning, between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.

Region 2 bridge screening project

Traffic Impacts: Intermittent traffic delays (20 minute maximum) on the following overpasses and State highways below them are expected between 07:00 and 17:00 / February 8 to February 12, 2021:
Dersham Road – Feb 8 to Feb 12 Install posts and screening (screening to arrive Feb 10)
