 Interstate 5 – Pacific Highway – Rose Quarter Investigations
Project Description: This project will conduct utility mapping, hazardous materials and soil sampling in the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project area along I-5.
Traffic Impacts: Nighttime single lane closures weekdays and weekends.
Nighttime lane closure on the I-5 south off-ramp to Weidler Street (exit 302A), lane closure on the Broadway on-ramp to I-5 north, and shoulder closures of the I-5 south off-ramp to Broadway.

Interstate 84 – Columbia River Highway – Hood River Bridges Repair
Project Description: ODOT is repairing and replacing bridge decks on the structures carrying I-84 over Hood River (between Exit 63 and Exit 64).
Traffic Impacts: Travel lane shifts with one lane of eastbound I-84 closed 24/7.

Interstate 405 – Stadium Freeway – Flanders Crossing (City of Portland)
Project Description: PBOT is constructing a bridge over I-405 at NW Flanders St. A full closure of I-405 will occur in November 2020 to place the bridge.
Traffic Impacts: No traffic impacts.

U.S. 26 – Powell Boulevard – Outer Powell Safety
Project Description: This project will construct roadway improvements on Powell Boulevard from SE 122nd Avenue to SE 136th Avenue to address the high rate of collisions on Outer Powell for the past several years. The purpose of this project is to increase safety for people who walk, drive, take the bus and ride bikes, making Outer Powell a safer place for everyone.

U.S. 30 BY – N Lombard Street – Safety Project
Project description: ODOT is building safety and travel-time predictability improvements for all travelers along US30 Bypass/North Lombard Street between North Fiske Avenue and North Boston Avenue. Construction impacts include lane closures through summer 2022.
Traffic impacts: Single lane closures during the day on N Lombard St.

U.S. 30 – Historic Columbia River Highway – Oneonta Tunnel Fire Recovery
Project description: Restoration work is needed to reopen the Oneonta Tunnel on the Historic Columbia River Highway State Trail after the Eagle Creek Fire.

Oregon 8 – Adair and Baseline Streets – Sidewalk curb ramps
Project Description: This project rebuilds sidewalk curb ramps along OR 8 from N. 17th Avenue to Yew Street to meet ADA accessibility standards. Work will be complete the end of 2021.
Traffic Impacts: Shoulder closures with pedestrian detours at Yew Street and Baseline, 9th Avenue and Baseline, and 17th Avenue and Baseline.

Oregon 8 – TV Highway – Intersection Improvements at OR 219
Project Description: This project on OR 8 at OR 219 in downtown Hillsboro includes new traffic signals and signs, improved lighting, upgraded ADA curb ramps and a new left turn lane at OR 219 at Oak Street. Work will be complete in fall 2020.
Traffic Impacts: Daytime and nighttime lane closures.
Daytime lane and shoulder closures on Baseline Street (OR 8) and 1st Avenue and Oak Street (OR 8) and 1st Avenue.
Nighttime lane closures with flaggers directing on SW Baseline Street, SW Oak Street and 1st Avenue from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. week nights.

Oregon 8 – TV Highway – Pedestrian Crossing Upgrade at SE 44th/45th Avenue
Project Description: This project on OR 8 at 44th/45th avenues in Hillsboro includes pedestrian-activated flashing lights at the crosswalk on OR 8 between SE 44th and SE 45th Avenues, improved lighting and upgraded ADA curb ramps. Work will be complete in fall 2020.
Traffic Impacts: Daytime shoulder closures on OR 8 between SE 44th and 45th Avenue.

Oregon 99W – Pacific Highway West – Naito Parkway Bridge Project
Project Description: ODOT is doing bridge maintenance on an elevated section of Naito Parkway, from Arthur Street/Kelly Avenue to Sheridan Street in SW Portland. The work increases the weight capacity of the bridge and replaces bridge seals to prevent water from entering the bridge structure.
Traffic impacts: Single lane closure on northbound Naito Parkway. Shoulder closures on the ramp from U.S. 26 west to northbound Naito Parkway.

Oregon 211 – Woodburn-Estacada Highway – Pedestrian and Bike Improvements
Project Description: ODOT, in partnership with the City of Molalla, is making pedestrian and bicycle improvements in Molalla along the north side of Oregon 211 between Oregon 213 and North Hezzie Lane. This project will enhance safety, operations, and efficiency for people walking, biking, driving, rolling, and using transit in the area.

Oregon 212 – Clackamas-Boring Highway – Improvements
Project Description: This project on OR 212 from I-205 to U.S. 26 through Damascus and Boring includes paving, upgrading accessible sidewalk ramps and installing a new bridge at North Fork Deep Creek. Work will be complete in fall 2021.
Traffic Impacts: Daytime lane closures and nighttime lane closures on OR 212 from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Intermittent flagging and pilot cars directing traffic between 98th and 172nd Avenues at night.

All ODOT highways – Region 1 LED Replacement Project
Project Description: This project will replace over 8,000 roadway lights with light-emitting diode (LED) lights on ODOT roads throughout Region 1, which includes Multnomah, Clackamas and Hood River Counties and eastern Washington County.
Traffic Impacts: Nighttime ramp closures on U.S. 26 east to Jefferson Street and Taylor Street to I-405 south from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday nights.
Nighttime lane closures also on I-5 in SW Portland, I-205 in Gladstone, OR 217 in Beaverton, and OR 213 in Portland and Oregon City from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday nights.

All ODOT highways – Curve Warning Safety Project
Project Description: Construction for a road safety project is now underway on several highways and on‐ and off‐ramps in the Portland metro area to install approximately 400 curve warning and advisory speed signs.
Traffic Impacts: Nighttime ramp closures in North Portland and lane closures near Terwilliger.
Nighttime on- and off-ramp closures for I-5 north at Nyberg Street (Exit 289), to US 30 Bypass/Lombard west (exit 305B) and at Columbia Boulevard (exit 306A).
Nighttime double lane closures on I-5 south near Terwilliger and lane closures on the I-405 off-ramp to N Kerby Avenue, I-5 north Exit 283 and I-5 NB Exit 289.
