If you would like to work at the intersection of government systems and social equity, we invite you to explore a newly created position with the Oregon Department of Transportation's (ODOT) Office of Social Equity as a program manager. We are looking for someone excited to play a critical role in weaving social equity into our program, policy and projects through data and transformative relationship building to identify and address systemic barriers in ODOT's service to the state.
What we need:
A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, political science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work related to social equity and policy or transportation. OR Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of progressively-responsible experience related to social equity and policy or transportation.
