We are recruiting for an executive program assistant to provide support for the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC) in coordination with the commission chair. Key responsibilities include organizing commission meetings, maintaining records, preparing and posting meeting schedules, special projects and commissioner onboarding and staffing. Apply today!

Experience providing program support for top-level management positions of an agency, board, commission or company.

Experience performing program or project research and analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Experience developing meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials and schedules.
