SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold a virtual, formal business meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 1, beginning at 9 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually to ensure public access while maintaining social distance in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Agenda items include:

  • Office of Social Equity Update: Informational update on the work and staffing of the Office of Social Equity and actions being taken to align their work with the Strategic Action Plan.
  • Urban Mobility: Presentation on the proposed Comprehensive Congestion Management and Mobility Plan Investment and Implementation Strategy.
  • Interstate Bridge Replacement: Presentation on the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program Conceptual Finance Plan.
  • 2021-2023 OTC/ODOT Strategic Action Plan: Review the Strategic Action Plan Progress Report and approve the planned actions for the 2021 reporting schedule.
  • 2021-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program: Review and discuss ODOT’s proposal to update funding levels in the 2021-2024 STIP to reflect current federal and state funding projections and allocate funding to critical unmet needs.
  • 2024-2027 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program: Presentation and approval of the funding scenario for the 2024-2027 STIP.
  • Area Commissions on Transportation: Review and discuss ODOT’s recommendations for OTC engagements with Area Commissions on Transportation.
