Certification User Group Annual Meeting

December 2: Subcommittee Sessions, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
December 3: Joint Session, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; Online both days

The CUG Annual meeting is a great opportunity to connect, network, learn about policy changes and other news, and receive training on topics important to CUG members. Due to Covid-19 restrictions and state operational policies, this year it will be a virtual meeting. The program on the second day, December 3, includes a one-hour environmental training session.

Bridge inspectors evaluate a metal beamODOT Challenge Inspector Exam

In light of the Governor's COVID-19 directive, we are providing limited Challenge exams for the Portland and Salem area at the Salem Materials Lab. Each date may have up to 7 attendees. Self-paced courses mean you can complete them on your schedule. Don't have time to finish the entire training in one day? That's okay - your curriculum progress will be saved until you sign in again. As long as you pass all modules and tests within 3 months, you will earn your completion certificate and any CEUs indicated for the course.

There’s a lot to know and remember when working on a federal-aid project! The Federal Highway Administration has compiled a library of over 100 on-demand training videos for federal-aid local transportation projects. Periodically, the ODOT Certification Program will recommend a topic and related resources for a quick self-guided training.
