GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES:  

Services shall include professional hazard tree debris monitoring services (the "Services") related to hazard tree debris removal in the affected counties or highway corridors, as well as provide assistance to the Oregon Department of Transportation ("ODOT" or "Agency") with the coordination, documentation and related efforts necessary to coordinate with state and federal agencies (the "Project").
