Update: CCD Portland Bridge Office Closed Today, Wednesday, September 16, 2020

Commerce and Compliance Division (CCD) Portland Bridge office (Hayden Island Permits Office) will remain closed for Wednesday, September 16, 2020.  Additionally, our CCD Salem Headquarters is also closed. This includes our call centers for both registration and over-dimension permits.

For over-dimension permits, we will continue to issue permits with a limited number of staff.  Please understand that there may be delays in receiving your permits.  In addition, if you are responding to an EMERGENCY ONLY, please contact us through our emergency number.
