 Interstate 5 – Pacific Highway – Terwilliger Blvd and Bertha Blvd on-ramps bridge maintenance
Project Description: Maintenance work is under way on the SW Terwilliger Boulevard and SW Bertha Boulevard on-ramps to I-5 north. Work will include drilling and installing steel rods to improve the weight capacity of the bridges. Work is expected to be complete in summer of 2020.

Interstate 5 – Pacific Highway – Rose Quarter Investigations
Project Description: This project will conduct pavement exploration and utility work in the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project area including nearby local streets between NE Tillamook Street and NE Lloyd Boulevard.
Traffic Impacts: Periodic short-term daytime and nighttime flagging with shoulder closures on local roads Monday through Friday between NE Tillamook and NE Lloyd.

Interstate 84 – Columbia River Highway – Graham Road
Project Description: This project replaces the two I-84 bridges over Graham Road (Exit 17) in Troutdale and widens Graham Road and constructs a sidewalk and bike lane.
Traffic Impacts: Periodic daytime lane closures with flagging and shoulder closures on Graham Road weekdays.

Interstate 205 – East Portland Freeway – Northbound Auxiliary Lane at Sunnybrook
Project description: ODOT is improving safety and operations on Interstate 205 by building a northbound auxiliary lane between the Oregon 224 (Sunrise Expressway) on-ramp and the Sunnyside Road/Sunnybrook Boulevard interchange exit ramp (Exit 14).
Traffic impacts: No traffic impacts.

Interstate 205 – East Portland Freeway – RealTime Information Signs Installation
Project Description: This project will install five traveler information signs on I-205 between I-5 and OR 213.

Interstate 205 - Abernethy Bridge to SE 82nd Ave - Paving
Project Description: ODOT will improve Interstate 205 between the Aberbethy Bridge in Oregon City and SE 82nd Avenue near the Oregon 224 interchange by repaving over 4 miles of I-205 as well as installing rumble strips.
Traffic Impacts: Single lane closure on I-205 north starting at 9 p.m., double lane closures starting at 10 p.m. July 18 to 25. All lanes open by 5:30 a.m.

Interstate 405 – Stadium Freeway – Ramp repairs
Project description: ODOT is repairing and replacing a number of freeway joints on the elevated sections of Interstate 405 on either side of the Fremont Bridge and from I-405 north to U.S. 26 west. Major traffic impacts will occur in 2019 and 2020.
Traffic impacts: Periodic nighttime lane and ramp closures.
Intermittent nighttime ramp closures of I-405 north to I-5 south from 8 p.m. Thursday, July 30 to 5 a.m. Friday, July 31 and from 8 p.m. Friday, July 31 to 7 a.m. Saturday, August 1.
Intermittent nighttime lane closures on I-405 north and south on the Fremont Bridge from 8 p.m. Thursday, July 30 to 5 a.m. Friday, July 31 and from 8 p.m. Friday, July 31 to 8 a.m. Saturday, August 1.
Single lane 24/7 closure on N Kerby/N Cook on-ramp until fall 2020.

U.S. 26 – Powell Boulevard – Outer Powell Safety
Project Description: This project will construct roadway improvements on Powell Boulevard from SE 122nd Avenue to SE 136th Avenue to address the high rate of collisions on Outer Powell for the past several years. The purpose of this project is to increase safety for people who walk, drive, take the bus and ride bikes, making Outer Powell a safer place for everyone.
Traffic Impacts: Daytime lane closures from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and nighttime lane closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Flaggers directing traffic.

U.S. 26 – Sunset Highway – Cornelius Pass Road to NW 185th Ave landscaping
Project Description: This project will remove weeds and plant shrubs, trees, grasses and wildflowers in select locations on U.S. 26 between NW Cornelius Pass Road and NW 185th Avenue.
Traffic Impacts: No traffic impacts.
U.S. 30 – Historic Columbia River Highway – Wa Na Pa Steetscape
Project description: ODOT, in partnership with the City of Cascade Locks, is improving the operations, accessibility and safety of Wa Na Pa Street in downtown Cascade Locks. Work includes paving Wa Na Pa Street from just east of the Bridge of the Gods to Forest Lane (0.8 miles), constructing accessible sidewalk curb ramps at 11 intersections, and restriping the roadway and six crosswalks.
Traffic impacts: Periodic traffic shifts and on-street parking closures between the Bridge of the Gods and Portage Road.

Oregon 8 – TV Highway – Intersection Improvements at OR 219
Project Description: This project on OR 8 at OR 219 in downtown Hillsboro includes new traffic signals and signs, improved lighting, upgraded ADA curb ramps and a new left turn lane at OR 219 at Oak Street. Work will be complete in fall 2020.
Traffic Impacts: Daytime and nighttime lane closures.
Daytime lane and shoulder closures on Baseline Street (OR 8) and 1st Avenue and Oak Street (OR 8) and 1st Avenue.
Nighttime lane closures with flaggers directing on SW Baseline Street, SW Oak Street and 1st Avenue from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. week nights.

Oregon 8 – TV Highway – Pedestrian Crossing Upgrade at SE 44th/45th Avenue
Project Description: This project on OR 8 at 44th/45th avenues in Hillsboro includes pedestrian-activated flashing lights at the crosswalk on OR 8 between SE 44th and SE 45th Avenues, improved lighting and upgraded ADA curb ramps. Work will be complete in fall 2020.
Traffic Impacts: Daytime and nighttime lane closures.
Daytime lane and shoulder closures on OR 8 between SE 44th and 45th Avenue. Nighttime lane closures from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. week nights on eastbound TV Highway between Brookwood Parkway and SE 44th Avenue.

Oregon 212 – Clackamas-Boring Highway – Improvements
Project Description: This project on OR 212 from I-205 to U.S. 26 through Damascus and Boring includes paving, upgrading accessible sidewalk ramps and installing a new bridge at North Fork Deep Creek. Work will be complete in fall 2021.
Traffic Impacts: Daytime and nighttime lane closures on OR 212. Lane closures from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday nights with periodic weekend lane closures.
Expect impacts between U.S. 26 and I-205. Intermittent flagging at signals between 98th and 282nd Avenues at night.

All ODOT highways – Region 1 LED Replacement Project
Project Description: This project will replace over 8,000 roadway lights with light-emitting diode (LED) lights on ODOT roads throughout Region 1, which includes Multnomah, Clackamas and Hood River Counties and eastern Washington County.
Traffic Impacts: Nighttime two-lane closures on U.S. 26 west in the Vista Ridge Tunnel, Monday through Thursday nights from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning Monday, July 27.
Nighttime two-lane closures on U.S. 26 west as well as ramp closures onto U.S. 26 west will continue through August 7. Each of the I-405 ramps to U.S. 26 west will close for four nights, beginning with the I-405 north ramp to U.S. 26 west. The SW Clay Street on-ramp to U.S. 26 west will be closed during all nights of westbound lane closures, Monday through Thursday nights from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Follow signed detours.
From July 27 to 31, the I-405 north ramp to U.S. 26 west and the SW Clay Street on-ramp to U.S. 26 west will be closed, Monday through Thursday nights from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
From August 3 to 7, the I-405 south ramp to U.S. 26 west and the SW Clay Street on-ramp to U.S. 26 west will be closed, Monday through Thursday nights from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Marine Drive – Rumble Strips (City of Portland)
Project description: The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will improve safety on NE Marine Drive from NE 33rd to 185th avenues by laying new striping and pavement markings to increase the visibility of lane limits and installing rumble streets. The changes will reduce crashes caused by lane departures.
Traffic impacts: Periodic Nighttime lane closures with pilot cars directing traffic between NE 33rd and 185th Avenues from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Flanders Street – Crossing over I-405 (City of Portland)
Project Description: PBOT is constructing a bridge over I-405 at NW Flanders St. A full closure of I-405 will occur in November 2020 to place the bridge.
Traffic Impacts: The I-405 southbound off-ramp at NW Glisan Street will be closed from Sunday, July 26 through Monday, August 31.
