Transportation Commission meets July 15-16

OTC meets July 15 and 16 via WebEx

SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will meet Wednesday, July 15 and Thursday, July 16 to conduct a formal business meeting and workshop respectively. The formal meeting and workshop will be held virtually to ensure public access while maintaining social distance in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Items on the agenda include:

Formal business meeting:

• Adoption of the final 2021-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.
• Approval of ODOT’s proposed 2021-2023 Agency Request Budget and proposed policy option packages.
• An overview of the purpose and progress of ODOT’s Office of Social Equity, including ADA and DBE Program updates.
• Status updates from ODOT’s Climate Office and Urban Mobility Office.

Commission workshop:

• An introduction to the implementing actions of a joint OTC and ODOT Strategic Plan.
• Discussion and approval of joint OTC and ODOT Priorities and Goals.
• Discussion of communications needs and ongoing efforts to inform internal and external stakeholders about the work of the agency and the priorities and goals of the OTC/ODOT Strategic Plan.
