What is the Urban Mobility Office?

Our Urban Mobility Office delivers the design, development and implementation of complex multimodal transportation mega projects and systems for the most densely populated and fastest growing geographical region in the state.

The office includes the Tolling/Value Pricing Program, Mega Project Delivery Program and Public Affairs for each program. In addition, the office includes a large consultant staff to successfully deliver the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in the state.

National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Tolling Contract Manager (Operations and Policy Analyst 4)

In this role, you will manage the complex and emerging Tolling Program planning, environmental review and traffic and revenue analysis as the contract project manager. The Tolling Program is currently evaluating locations on both I-5 and I-205 to effectively manage congestion and raise revenue.

Rose Quarter Resident Engineer - Construction (Professional Engineer 2)

Our Urban Mobility Office is seeking an experienced professional engineer to assist our Rose Quarter Project deputy director in all activities associated with construction of the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project. In this role, you will direct all activities necessary in the development of outsourced contracts for highly complex highway construction projects and the contract administration of approved construction contracts.


ODOT is following the direction of the Governor's Office to help slow and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
