Paving Continues on I-84 in Troutdale
As weather allows, next week travelers should expect:
- Periodic nighttime closures of I-84 eastbound at Exit 17 from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. weekdays.
- Daytime and nighttime lane closures on I-84. Travelers should be alert and watch for lane shifts.
- Lane closures and shoulder closures on Graham Road and the Frontage Roads.
During I-84 east closures, traffic will be detoured at Exit 17 to NW Frontage Road (South) and then back onto the freeway near Graham Road.

 When eastbound I-84 is closed, traffic will use Exit 17 and take NW Frontage Road (south) to the I-84 on-ramp.

About the Project
This project replaces the I-84 bridges over Graham Road, widens Graham Road to three lanes, provides more vertical clearance for trucks, and improves walking and biking access under the bridges by adding a new sidewalk and bike lane.
Construction will continue through 2020.
