Tax Report Due Date Change

 

Due to the recent challenges faced by our licensees in coping with the Covid-19 crisis, the tax report due dates for the February 2020 monthly fuel tax reports are extended by two weeks.

  • February 2020 Use Fuel User tax reports are now due April 3, 2020
  • February 2020 Use Fuel Seller tax reports are now due on April 3, 2020
  • February 2020 Motor Vehicle Fuel Dealer tax reports are now due on April 8, 2020
  • February 2020 Bulk Distributor reports are now due on April 8, 2020
  • February 2020 Terminal Operator reports are now due on April 8, 2020

We will evaluate the future month due dates as the situation evolves.
