The TIM executive board met for the first time in February 2020 for introductions and discussion on how this statewide committee will help move the Oregon TIM program forward.

Representing each discipline, the group brought thoughtful and unique perspectives to each topic discussed. But the overarching theme of the meeting was how to spread the TIM message in a more concise and meaningful way for each discipline.

And that’s what we’re working on – how to reimagine things in a way that works for people and resonates in your daily tasks.

Here’s where you come in. Yep, there’s homework –but it’s easy, promise.

We are looking at updating the TIM trainings to bring a more focused and meaningful training to all of you. Do you have an idea of what that looks like? What is meaningful to you in your job? What would get you more involved? We’d love to hear from you. Please send us your ideas to timtraining@odot.state.or.us. This training is for each of you, so tell us what you think!

Until next time, be safe out there,
