Looking for a safe route to school in Sandy Safety advocates gathered in Sandy recently to do a “safe routes to school audit.” The focus was on the areas around Sandy Grade School and Cedar Ridge Middle School. Passed by the Oregon Legislature, the Safe Routes to School Program, this audit, and others like it, are helping pave the way to safety for young Oregonians.
