Be prepared for delays and road closures; be alert for downed trees, debris, mudflows and landslides.
Portland metro area

Historic Columbia River Highway CLOSED from Stark St. Bridge to Woodard Road (mp 2.55-3.95) due to landslide

I-5 south of Macadam Ave exit (mp 299) right northbound LANE AND EXIT CLOSED to allow crews to repair Wednesday slide
North/Central coast, Central Willamette Valley

U.S. 20 (Corvallis-Newport Hwy) RESTRICTED to one travel lane near milepost 17 and again at milepost 23, due to high water

U.S. 101 RESTRICTED to one travel lane 4.5 miles south of Newport due to erosion of ground under road; flaggers will control travel 24/7. Restriction likely will be in place one week

OR 18 (Salmon River Hwy) will REOPEN to two lane travel at 4:30p. It will return to a single lane restriction at 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. tomorrow (Friday). It will be open to two-lane travel over the weekend. It will then operate with a single lane restriction 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri until repairs are finished and debris removed

OR 22E CLOSED at Stayton-Sublimity Interchange, about 13 miles east of Salem, due to high water; detour uses Fernridge Road

OR 34 (Alsea Hwy) will remain CLOSED overnight 17 miles west of Alsea (mp 23) due to landslide

OR 36 (Mapleton-Junction City Hwy) will remain CLOSED overnight from Mapleton to Triangle Lake (milepost 0-23) due to high water and landslide

OR 58 is OPEN but rough road conditions exist about nine miles west of Oakridge

OR 126W (Florence-Eugene Hwy) is CLOSED at Cushman, three miles east of Florence due to high water; t will likely be closed through the night. OR 126W is also RESTRICTED to one lane between Walton and Noti due to landslide

OR 153 (Bellevue-Amity Highway) CLOSED due to high water; no detour

OR 213 closed one mile north of Marquam in Clackamas County due to roadway collapse

OR 180 (Eddyville-Blodgett Hwy) CLOSED to through traffic due to high water; local residents have access

OR 226 (Albany-Lyons Hwy) CLOSED approximately 13 miles east of Albany due to high water and RESTRICTED to fewer lanes 2 miles south of the intersection with U.S. 20 due to landslide

OR 228 (Halsey-Sweet Home Hwy) CLOSED east of I-5 to Brownsville (mp 3-6)

OR 229 (Siletz Hwy) CLOSED 9 miles south of the intersection with U.S. 101 due to high water
Southern Oregon

OR 38 will remain CLOSED THURSDAY due to sinkhole; alternate route is OR 42
-
OR 241 (Coos River Highway) CLOSED from Donovan's Drive east to the end of the highway due to high water; no detour; no estimate on reopening
- OR 255 (Carpenterville Highway) is CLOSED due to a sinkhole; detour in place
Central Oregon All state highways OPEN
Eastern Oregon All state highways OPEN but extremely icy conditions exist in Umatilla and Morrow Counties
