Key functions:

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to regional office and local agency partners regarding air quality and noise regulatory compliance issues.
• Perform background research, assemble project data and determine the need for a noise study.
• Coordinate field investigations of project areas to determine existing noise levels, land use or locations for potential abatement.
