ODOT Begins Paving Project Near Madras

BEND -- ODOT wants to let motorists who use US97 near Madras know that there’s a project starting Sunday night that may affect their travel plans.

Workers from Knife River will begin a paving project from Colfax to Ford Lane, US97 mileposts 97 – 101, starting Sunday night at 7PM. Work will be completed each morning by 7AM.  They’ll repeat that weekday schedule until Wednesday, June 26.

During the hours of construction, motorists can expect delays up to 20 minutes.
