Phone system outage affects calls to Oregon Motor Carrier Transportation Division

A nationwide CenturyLink network outage is causing disruptions to ODOT Motor Carrier’s phone system, which could affect our phones for the next 24 to 48 hours. If you need to reach MCTD, please email us at the following address:
