Linn, Benton, Lincoln and Polk Counties state highway construction update: July 23 - 27
The Oregon Department of Transportation is committed to providing a safe and efficient transportation system. ODOT invests in Oregon’s future through roadway improvement projects. The following are located in ODOT Region 2, Area/District 4, including projects in Linn, Benton, Lincoln, and Polk Counties. All work is dependent on weather conditions.

Linn County
Interstate 5 / OR 164: Love’s Travel Stop & Country Store Highway Improvements
Highway work is being done in preparation for a new travel stop. The I-5 northbound ramp / OR 164 intersection is now an all-way stop intersection. Construction is nearly completed. Lynn Detering (541)757-4211
Benton County
US 20 / Philomath Blvd: Boulevard Apartments (Philomath) - Water/Sewer Line Work
Water and sewer line work along and across the highway for a proposed apartment complex. The project will include highway improvements of a new left turn lane and pedestrian crossing. Expect lane closures Sunday night through Thursday night from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

OR 34: Harrison Blvd Bridge Repair (Corvallis)
Crews are repairing the abutment on the west side of the river. The pedestrian path adjacent to the abutment will be closed with a detour in place. There will be no impact to traffic on OR 34. The repair work is expected to last three to four weeks.

Benton/Polk County
OR 99W Monmouth – Lewisburg Paving
Crews will paving the roadway between Monmouth and Lewisburg beginning Sunday, July 15. Work will begin with the paving of approaches and turn outs, road repairs, and bridge work. Paving will be done north to south. After paving, rumble strips and striping will be completed. Work will be done at night, Sunday through Thursday, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Lincoln County
US101: Beverly Beach Drainage Improvement Project
A stormwater drainage system is being constructed. Beginning July 29, approximately one week of night shifts from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning. One lane will be closed on U.S. 101, expect minor delays of less than 20 minutes. Pipe work is scheduled to begin in August.
