Chip Seals scheduled on local highways

 

JEFFERSON – Chip seal paving work begins on local highways in the region on July 9. Travelers should expect lane closures and up to 20 minute delays in the area. Slow down, be alert, and watch for crews in the work zones. All work is weather dependent and schedules may change.

  • July 9 – OR 99E Jefferson Highway, milepost .4 – 4.92
  • July 10 – 11, OR 34 West Alsea Highway, milepost 52 – 58.5
  • July 12, OR 194 Monmouth – Fish Back Highway, milepost 0 – 6.44
  • July 16 – 19, OR 223 Kings Valley Highway, milepost 4.75 – 21.5

Fog sealing will be done on Friday, July 13 for Jefferson Highway, and Alsea Highway. Fog sealing on Monmouth – Fish Back and Kings Valley Highway will be done on July 20.
