UPDATE -- ODOT TRAFFIC ALERT -- Detour in place for I-5 southbound closure near Yoncalla

UPDATE -- Southbound Interstate 5 is closed near Yoncalla at milepost 153 due to a major crash. Southbound I-5 traffic will detour at Exit 154 (Elkhead Road) and take Elkhead Road to Eagle Valley Road and the Yoncalla interchange (Exit 150).
The detour will likely be in place for several hours due to police crash investigation.
All northbound lanes remain open.
