I-5 paving project between Wilsonville and Woodburn virtually complete
Minor delays remain for concrete work
WOODBURN—Travelers on Interstate 5 between Wilsonville and Woodburn can expect only minor night time delays as the contractor completes the pavement preservation project over the next two weeks. All the major work--paving, striping and rumble strips-- have been completed.
Travelers can still expect some minor night time delays over the next two weeks as the contractor makes concrete repairs at around milepost 282 just south of Wilsonville near the Boone Bridge (Willamette River).
Travelers are urged to slow down and follow the posted speed limits within the work zone for their own safety and that of the workers. Law enforcement has increased police presence to help travelers remember their shared responsibility to travel safely.
