(SALEM) — The Oregon Transportation Safety Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, 4190 Aumsville Highway SE in Salem.
The agenda includes a report on the Distracted Driving press conference, member, program and liaison reports; a discussion on implementing legislation, and a presentation on the Drug Evaluation and Recognition Program from the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
The OTSC advises the Oregon Transportation Commission and ODOT on issues, policies and programs that affect transportation safety in Oregon. OTSC meetings are open to the public. The next meeting of the OTSC is scheduled for Nov. 14 in Salem.
