Two blocks of First Avenue in Downtown Hillsboro will each close for four days in August as part of the Tualatin Valley Highway paving project.

6 a.m. Monday Aug. 10 until 6 p.m. Thursday Aug. 13, First Avenue will be closed to all vehicles, including bicycles, between Oak Street and Walnut Street. Driveways will also be closed.
All intersections will remain open, with no closures of Baseline Street, Oak Street or Walnut Street. Sidewalks will also remain open.
Businesses in the area will remain open during the road closures and can be reached from driveways on Baseline Street, Oak Street or Second Avenue.
