2025 Farm Stand Rulemaking Advisory Committee Meeting June 24, 2025
The 2025 Farm Stand Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet for the third time on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The meeting will take place virtually and will be livestreamed and recorded on the department's YouTube channel.
Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD or department) staff have prepared a packet of background and introductory materials that can be viewed on the department's rulemaking webpage.
The goal of this meeting of the RAC is to discuss prepared food items and impacts to neighboring farms.
After this meeting, the RAC is scheduled to meet:
- July 18 from 9 a.m. to noon
- and in early November

The public comment and consultation period for this rulemaking will close on November 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. To make public comment in writing, please email farmforest.comment@dlcd.oregon.gov at any time. Please note that for comments to be considered part of the rulemaking recorded must be submitted in writing. To make brief verbal comment at the meeting, please join the zoom meeting link here. While three minutes per speaker is the norm, the facilitator may need to shorten the time for each speaker due to the number of persons wishing to speak and other items on the agenda.
